Subject: Wet Trash Liners

Dear Tenants,

The building will be changing the color of the WET trash bin liners from
blue to dark brown. Once our stock of blue liners has been depleted, we
will begin to use the new dark brown liners for WET trash bins. It has
come to our attention that the dark brown liners may be more
aesthetically pleasing in the offices. I have attached the building's
recycling procedures as a reminder.
